Main responsibilities: Identify, research, qualify and attend events with potential clients and key contacts through stakeholder mapping and leveraging your network. Develop a clear understanding of the company’s value proposition and solutions. Proactively reach out to prospective customers through an omni-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to identify the needs of the customer educate and recommend the company’s solutions. Understand the needs of your prospective customers and articulate the value that the company provides. Engage with potential customers on the phone, identifying their needs and challenges through consultative questioning and active listening, to recommend the best-fit solutions. Set-up and support calls for the senior sales team to drive the sales process, ultimately leading to full 360 sales cycle expertise Build and nurture strong relationships with potential prospects and customers to drive new business opportunities.
