We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Home Manager / Care Home Manager to lead our care facility in Dorchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are provided to our residents. Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home.
2. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high-quality care standards.
3. Manage and support a team of care staff, providing leadership and direction.
