We are seeking a friendly and proactive Client Services Representative (CSR) to join our team at Vaultra/ Lauft, a premier office rental space provider. This part-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in customer service and enjoys helping clients have a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Reception & Support:
Welcome clients upon arrival and escort them to their workspaces.
Ensure clients are comfortable and have all the necessary information regarding their bookings.
2. Booking & Account Management:
Create, manage, and update client bookings efficiently through the booking dashboard.
Maintain and manage client accounts, resolving any inquiries or issues promptly.
3. Workspace & Shared Space Management:
Organize and maintain the cleanliness of shared workspaces and public washrooms.
Ensure that office and kitchen supplies are stocked and well-maintained.
4. Facility Tours & Lead Generation:
Provide tours to potential clients, showcasing the office space and its amenities.
Pass on new leads to the appropriate staff members for follow-up.
5. Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
Address any client concerns or issues professionally and efficiently.
6. Basic IT & Equipment Support:
Provide basic troubleshooting support for office equipment, including printers and computers.
Ensure that all equipment in shared spaces is functioning properly and ready for use.
7. Coordination with Site Management:
Coordinate with site management on stock requirements and inform them of any facility issues that arise.
Update site management on inventory levels, space usage, and any necessary improvements.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience in customer service or office management is preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting, including printers.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
4. Ability to manage bookings and maintain client accounts efficiently.
5. Ability to engage with potential clients and provide informative tours of the office space.
6. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining a clean and well-organized environment.
