You will be accountable for all aspects of the business, ensuring operational excellence whilst driving finance and cost control and, of course, people management. You must have strong leadership skills as your primary focus will be to motivate and inspire your team to be the best that they can be, whilst ensuring policies, processes and legislation are adhered to and customer and colleague health and safety is prioritised to ensure that everyone works in a professional and safe environment. You must drive a culture where the business succeeds by delivering the right products and services to our customers that meet their needs, driving long term relationships based on outstanding levels of service and experiences. You must act with integrity at all times and build trust. You will have a strong, successful track record as a General Manager within the automotive sector, although we will consider applications from automotive Sales or Aftersales Managers with an outstanding performance record looking for their next career step.
