Our home provides outcome-based support in a safe, welcoming, homely, and stimulating environment. About the Role:
In this role, you will be working in a 7-day rolling rota, providing both day (7:30 am - 9:00 pm) and waking night (8:30 pm - 8:00 am) support—there are no day-only roles. You’ll be responsible for delivering personal care and helping to create a nurturing, therapeutic environment for children with complex medical needs and sensory impairments. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and tailored support to children with complex needs and sensory impairments.
Help create a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic home environment.
Support children with daily activities, contributing to their personal development and well-being.
Work as part of a long-term, supportive staff team creating a true house family environment.
Follow individual care plans and ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of the children are met.
Engage with the children in a stimulating and compassionate manner, promoting positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
A caring and empathetic nature with a desire to work with children with complex needs.
The ability to provide personal care and work compassionately with children who are unwell.
Flexibility to work shifts, including days and waking nights, on a rotational basis.
A driver’s licence is beneficial but not essential.
A commitment to providing the best care possible and helping children thrive in a therapeutic setting.
