Key Responsibilities
* Delegate work assignments, find the right person, and assign them the right job, adapting to their skills and necessities.
* Assist in the recruitment of new employees for the restaurant.
* Ensure the smooth running of the restaurant and that it is staffed at correct levels each day.
* Ensure delivery of high standards of service at all times.
* Support employee performance and encourage improvement to acceptable standards.
* Assist and support training and development of all employees.
* Deal effectively with customer complaints.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* 2 years’ experience in a similar role
* Excellent communication skills
* Meticulous attention to detail, highly organised, and capable of handling multiple tasks
* A proactive self-starter who can work independently with good judgment and minimal direction
