Administrator / Sales Consultant

Salary: £27,000 - £33,000
Working Solutions are looking for a sensible, friendly and motivated Administrator / Sales Consultant to our client's happy and successful team in Ludlow. The right candidate will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks. This is an outstanding opportunity to develop a career within a growing and thriving business. Training will be provided for the right person in key aspects of the business including the preparation of brochures, undertaking viewings and liaising with clients.
Responsibilities - a mix of administration and sales duties that will keep every day interesting:
Manage clients and schedule appointments.
Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, and respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Provide administrative support to various aspects of the business, ensuring efficient office operations.
Run the social media for the business: LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
Assist with sales preparations, reports, and presentations. You’ll need to be confident using Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also relish learning new IT processes as required.
Liaise with and co-ordinate the work of the photographer.
Ensure the office environment is well-organized and welcoming.
Perform general office duties as required including organising office supplies.
Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Additionally, one Saturday morning in three 9am – 1pm, working remotely.
Own transport is essential as you will travel to undertake viewings (mileage is paid). What We’re Looking For in an Administrator/Sales Consultant:
Proven experience in an administrative and client facing role (experience in an Estate Agency would be helpful but is not essential).
A great communicator with a friendly, positive and approachable demeanour.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Someone who enjoys contributing to a positive work culture, with a passion for both Administration and Sales. Benefits:
