Recruitment Delivery Manager – Executive
Role Type: Permanent Full time 37.5hrs per week.
Location: Hybrid role with ad hoc travel, based from any UK office Location (Manchester, Leeds, Staines, London, Brighton)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + fantastic benefits

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Recruitment Success: Lead effective recruitment for our business units, ensuring we attract top talent.
2. Strategic Talent Acquisition: Craft and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies tailored to Bupa's unique needs.
3. Team Leadership: Guide and support your recruitment team, equipping them with the tools and insights needed to excel.
4. Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate and hiring manager enjoys a seamless, high-quality experience.
5. Continuous Improvement: Evolve our talent acquisition strategies to deliver quality hires quickly and cost-effectively.
6. Inspire Excellence: Lead with vision and passion, taking our Talent Acquisition team to new heights.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, presenting strategic solutions to business challenges.
8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and timely completion of audit rectifications.
9. Performance Tracking: Develop and utilize reports to monitor performance against goals and KPIs.
10. Deliver value-added services: Market intelligence, competitor mapping, strategic talent pooling, and diversity initiatives.
Qualifications:
1. Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading a talent acquisition function in a large corporate environment.
2. Team Management: Demonstrated success in managing high-performing resourcing teams.
3. Transformational Impact: Evidence of driving transformation and change within recruitment functions.
4. Stakeholder Relationships: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
5. People Skills: Exceptional people management and engagement skills.
6. Strategic Expertise: Deep knowledge of Talent Acquisition strategy.
7. Data-Driven Decisions: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic initiatives.
8. Motivated and Collaborative: Highly motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
