Manage a busy schedule, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Produce high-quality audio typed documentation (letters, reports, presentations). Maintain excellent client service at all times. Prioritize workload effectively and demonstrate strong attention to detail. Build and maintain collaborative working relationships. Your Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a PA, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Knowledge of Dispute Resolution practices (advantageous). Ability to work full time in an office environment in Edinburgh.
