We're hiring for a Hospitality Supervisor / Team Leader to join a global private equity firm based in the heart of the City of London.

As the Hospitality Supervisor / Team Leader, you'll oversee a small team of three, delivering exceptional service across a busy hospitality suite comprising 15 meeting rooms. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll work closely with stakeholders to ensure their needs & requirements are met with precision & care and every detail is handled with precision.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Acting as the go-to person between clients, Front of House, and catering teams.
2. Managing room bookings and coordinating schedules seamlessly.
3. Anticipating and exceeding client expectations in a fast-paced environment every time.
4. Manage the day to day running of the Hospitality operations.
5. Ensuring every detail of service delivery is executed flawlessly.
6. Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and create a "home away from home" experience for senior directors.
7. Bring idea and innovation to the Hospitality, as well as raising the standard of service.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within high-end contract catering & corporate environment.
2. Strong organisational & time management skills—you can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.
3. The ability to liaise effectively with clients, managers and senior stakeholders.

5. An outgoing & confident personality, fostering team spirit and a supportive work culture.
6. A good understanding of the hospitality industry trends, with a proactive approach to innovation and client satisfaction.
