Our client, the UK’s sole provider of an award-winning reading programme supporting schools, are looking to recruit a Head of Customer Success.
As the Head of Customer Success, you will oversee the Customer Support and License Supporting Teams. Developing strategies for customer engagement, ensuring that customers achieve the desired outcomes with the company’s products or services and ensuring renewal targets are met.
The responsibilities include:
* Act as an escalation point for any customer issues or concerns.
* Support Team Leads to refine onboarding and training programs for new hires.
* Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with sales team to grow accounts.
* Develop, implement and optimise the overall customer success strategy in alignment with business goals.
* Deliver a highly customer-centric service to all customers.
* Analyse customer data to understand trends and drive improvements in customer success efforts.
* Ensure customers are maximising value from the product/service and achieving their usage and progress goals.
About You
