We are seeking a highly organised individual to support our commercial management team. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that tasks are completed promptly and accurately. You will take ownership of your work, using strong organisational skills to plan ahead and meet deadlines by prioritising tasks effectively. Accuracy is key, as you will be responsible for inputting and processing internal and subcontractor information. Additionally, you will support the business in achieving its weekly, monthly, and annual targets. If you are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
The Project
Typical work will comprise of the following:
1. Input of timely and accurate information, including direct operative and subcontractor/supplier information
2. Cost allocation of purchase orders and invoices including checking against order values
3. Assisting in sending out material & subcontract enquiry documentation, undertaking comparisons and raising of purchase/subcontractor orders
4. Maintain accurate records and upkeep financial files including invoice schedules in accordance with Company policies and procedures
5. Produce accurate documentation and/or correspondence
6. Maintain and enter Electrical Testing Programme and Certificates
7. Support the business to achieve weekly, monthly and annual targets
8. Ensure full compliance with the standards, documents library and forms library
Essential and Desirable Criteria
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

1. Prior experience in a similar administrative role
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
