Salary: £12ph-£13ph
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm

Our friendly client based in Guildford is looking for a Temporary Administrator to join their team for a period of 3 months, with the potential to be extended. The ideal candidate will have strong contracts administration experience and good attention to detail. Salesforce experience is a plus.
Daily Duties
1. Printing and filing documentation for contracts
2. Using the franking machine to send out documentation
3. Answering and resolving queries from Branch Office and Head Office team members
4. Ensuring that documents are correct and processing documentation
5. Processing a high volume of contracts and documentation to enable the payment of resellers' invoices
6. Identifying inconsistencies with documentation and providing feedback to the relevant teams
