Bulford St Leonard’s Church of England Primary School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, personable and highly organised Admin Officer to ensure the smooth running of our day-to-day operations, starting September 2025. Previous experience of working in a school office environment is advantageous.
Working Hours: 37 hours (Monday – Friday, 39 weeks per year, term-time, includes Teacher Training days).
We are a single form entry primary school, educating children between the ages of 4 and 11 years. Situated in the village of Bulford, Wiltshire, we serve both military and local families and have strong connections with St Leonard’s Church. Supported by our strong Christian ethos, we insist on high standards of behaviour and respectful relationships. As the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders, you will act as an ambassador for our school and be responsible for supporting with administrative, financial and organisational processes within our setting.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is well presented and articulate, with good communication skills;
* Has strong interpersonal skills and is able to work with a variety of pupils, staff and parents;
* Has superb attention to detail and organisational skills;
* Is self-motivated, dedicated and consistent;
* Has the ability to deal with new challenging situations;
* Is a strong team player, who can use their own initiative;
* Has a positive and flexible attitude;
* Has experience of working in a school office / office environment and/or has the skills to run the office of a village primary school (advantageous);
* Has sound ICT skills, including fast and accurate keyboard skills.
