We are looking for an experienced Finance and IT Manager to effectively manage the business systems and finance functions. Reporting to the Deputy Director, this is an interesting, varied and rewarding role with team management responsibility. You will be experienced in delivering system and process improvements that increase business efficiency and create competitive advantage, along with managing monthly expenditure and income.
Do you have experience in:
* IT systems and software
* Financial systems and budget management
* Project management and agile development methodology
* Assessing and identifying new processes and IT system requirements
* Working with Business Analysts and IT Developers
* Microsoft 365
* Jira
* Managing and coaching a team
Are you:
* Analytical
* Excellent at solving problems and troubleshooting
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Process driven
* A clear communicator, with good people skills
* Pragmatic and calm under pressure
* Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
