A secondary school in the Oldham area is looking for a talented individual with at least 1 year of teaching experience to join their team and inspire students to excel in mathematics. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver dynamic Maths lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, ensuring all learners are engaged and challenged. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of students. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them improve. Prepare students for GCSE exams, supporting them to achieve their full potential. Maintain classroom discipline and follow the school's behaviour policies. Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related subject. A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a secondary school. Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching Maths. Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills.
