The company is a subsidiary of Integrated Doorset Solutions Limited which is the leading performance door manufacturer based across 2 sites in Mansfield. The group has a turnover in excess of £35m with a team of 300 across the business.
We are now looking for an Admin Assistant to support in the day-to-day commercial operations of the business regarding administration, logistical and general business requirements.
Working Hours: This is an office based role, working hours are 39 hours per week:
08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 – 16:00 Friday.
Interviews to take place w/c 18 November 2024.
Responsibilities:
* Support in processing of invoices and receipts prior to payment
* Checking validity and processing of sub-contract invoices and receipts prior to payment
* Checking validity and processing of direct site operative timesheets prior to payment and allocation of costs to appropriate project reference
* Ensure accommodation and resources i.e. transport is in place for employees when working away from home with appropriate and timely communication to operatives
* Assist the site teams with the uploading and finalising reports
* Assisting with the production of operational and maintenance manuals, pre contract questionnaires
* Log enquiries and assist the estimating department with recording quotation on to the FDIS tracker
* Work within concise time frames and meet specific deadlines
* Working to ISO9001:2015 systems and always adhering to company’s Quality Policy
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* The job holder should ideally have experience in an office, joinery or manufacturing environment.
* Good IT skills are required in the areas of Microsoft Office.
* Good social skills and assertiveness to interact with both internal and external customers.
* Strong organisational skills with a customer service focus.
* Problem solving abilities.
