Main Duties:
1. Accurately processing supplier invoices in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.
2. Delivering excellent support to internal teams and stakeholders within the business.
3. Developing strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
4. Performing supplier statement reconciliations and resolving discrepancies effectively.
5. Ensuring invoices and expenses are posted and paid in line with the agreed schedule.
6. Managing supplier payment processes, prioritising key accounts where necessary.
7. Responding to supplier and internal queries in a professional and efficient manner.
8. Assisting with financial close processes at month-end and year-end.
9. Contributing to continuous process improvements and system enhancement projects.
