Clinical Deputy Home ManagerLocation: LiverpoolSalary: £24.50 per hour + BenefitsJob Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Deputy Home Manager to join our client’s prestigious nursing home based in Liverpool. As the Clinical Deputy Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to residents while supporting the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the home.Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager in overseeing the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
* Supervise, lead, and motivate a team of nursing and care staff, ensuring they provide compassionate and person-centered care.
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and uphold best practices.
* Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager.
* Work closely with families, external agencies, and healthcare professionals to ensure residents' needs are met effectively.
* Lead on training and development initiatives for staff, promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC pin.
* Previous experience in a similar senior nursing role within a care home setting.
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
* Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
* Strong clinical skills and experience in delivering high-quality care.
