We are recruiting on behalf of a secondary school in Surrey for a Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated SEND department. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an inclusive and supportive environment, helping students overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential.
About the Role
* Provide in-class support to students with SEND and additional needs.
* Work closely with teachers and the SEND team to deliver targeted interventions.
* Build positive relationships with students to enhance their confidence and engagement in learning.
* Contribute to the wellbeing and progress of students by adapting support strategies to meet individual needs.
About You
* Experience working with children or young people in an educational or care setting.
* A passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A positive and proactive attitude towards inclusion and student success.
