Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor - Change Management
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 + Car Allowance & Package
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor on a high-profile infrastructure project in Birmingham. As part of the site-based Change Management Team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing change processes on this complex and challenging project.

Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and reporting on project changes, ensuring alignment with objectives and budgets.
2. Working closely with commercial managers and project teams to ensure effective contract administration.
3. Providing detailed analysis and recommendations on the impacts of changes to the project management team.
4. Offering support and guidance on cost estimates, forecasts, and valuations for all change-related matters.
5. Managing client and stakeholder expectations professionally throughout all stages of the project.
About You
1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the infrastructure sector.
2. Strong expertise in change management, including cost control and contract administration.
3. In-depth knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 contract suites.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative approach.
