With a base in 5 European countries and a growing presence in mainland Europe we are looking for a Transport Supervisor to play a major role in our Dedicated Fleet team. We’re open 24/7/365 and can provide customers with a suitable vehicle and highly trained driver focused solely on their delivery. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all customer jobs are accurately entered into the GBA system. Track and monitor all shipments to ensure KPIs are met Assist the Transport Manager in ensuring all vehicles and drivers are compliant Assist with operational planning Site health and saftey Assist the Transport Manager and HR with investigations Assume operational responsibility in the absence of the Transport Manager Assist with updating HR systems e.g logging sickness You Be proactive – anticipating when and where problems may occur Have excellent data analysing skills Have an understanding of the Working Time Directive in relation to drivers Excellent customer service skills Have a high level of attention to detail Be IT literate and able to work across multiple systems Have 2 years transport experience What We Can Offer 31 days holiday (in B/H) Long term career with a stable market leader Holiday loyalty scheme Company Health Care Scheme Uniform Learning and Development opportunities GBA Logistics is an equal opportunities employer.
