Other requirements
Your own transport would be an advantage as the Site is located 1.8 miles from the centre of Knaresborough. There are no public transport links to the Site. The automotive industry historically has a 1 or 2 week shutdown period during Summer - this is usually an extremely busy time for the Maintenance Team and we do request holidays not be taken during these times where possible. Over the past few years not all customers have closed at the same time so we have been able to accommodate requests. Initially you will be contacted by York College to confirm your commitment and suitability for the role. You must reply to this email otherwise your application will not be considered for the position.
