About the role As our Applications Support Analyst will provide an in-house systems administration and service desk response for Churchill's hosted applications. The Applications Support Analyst will report to the Applications Support Manager and work alongside a range of stakeholders across the Churchill Group, playing a key role within our business project teams and the wider Group IT department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Being part of a team responsible for the initial build, ongoing configuration, testing, troubleshooting and implementation of IT systems, applications and projects. Leading on system upgrades including the preparation of upgrade schedules and the management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to completion. Proactively maintaining systems, integrity of data and compliance. Supporting future system integrations of allocation applications. Creating and maintaining technical documents and procedures. Supporting the business with system reporting and wider day to day system operations. Resolving service desk tickets relating to your range of assigned applications, documenting resolutions and actions undertaken. Escalating and managing service desk tickets as needed with the relevant third party suppliers. Working with the Applications Trainer to support the onboarding of new application users. About you This is a great opportunity for a methodical, detail orientated, proactive, and analytical applications specialist who has previous experience supporting and advising a business on how to maximise their system capabilities. You'll be a confident systems administrator with the proven ability to work within a collaborative team environment whilst taking the initiative with your own responsibilities. Knowledge of Civica CX, MRI's Qube PM or COINS would be a distinct advantage. We are also interested to hear if you have financial systems, P2P and/or Power BI experience. As a minimum, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience of working with Saas and third-party applications within a commercial orientated business. We are also looking for someone with excellent problem solving and investigation skills, who completely appreciates the importance of creating detailed documentation.
