We are recruiting for an exceptional individual to join our Pastoral Support team as a Pastoral Support Tutor to provide pastoral and academic support to our full-time learners on a 1:1 and group basis including weekly sessions of the tutorial programme. The work you do as a Pastoral Support Tutor will support and motivate our students to achieve their full potential at college, ensuring they have an outstanding and fulfilling experience.
As well as experience of supporting students aged 16-19, our Pastoral Support Tutor will be required to understand their support needs. You will be highly motivated, have experience of target setting, and possess proven time management and organisational skills.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience of supporting students in a similar age range, high motivation, effective time management skills, and a proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
