Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Climber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the necessary skills to maintain and enhance our landscapes.
Responsibilities
1. Perform climbing tasks to access high areas for maintenance and pruning of trees and shrubs.
2. Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively.
3. Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working order, reporting any issues promptly.
4. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols.
Skills
1. Lead Climbers must have all relevant tickets including rigging, and be confident and efficient in all aspects of tree work.
2. 2nd Climbers and Trainee Climbers will have the chance to progress and master the trade.
3. Training provided.
4. Proficient in using both hand tools and power tools.
5. A passion for working outdoors and a commitment to maintaining high standards in landscaping.
Our sites require drug testing and DBS checks.
Pay:
2nd Climber: £16 – £18 per hour
Location:
Based in Maidstone, Kent.
Normal hours 6am-4pm.
