Providing advice, support and understanding to a wide range of customers enquiring about all Council services through multiple channels of access. Enquiries can be made through multiple channels of choice, such as telephone, e-mail, Website or Social Media. You will be responsible for resolving a high level of calls at the initial point of contact.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Contact Centre Service for highly organised, enthusiastic and confident individual who are able to rise to the challenge of a busy Contact Centre.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team, using own initiative with a confident and positive attitude towards working with all residents, partners and stakeholders.
Principal accountabilities for the roles include: -
• Providing advice, support and understanding to a wide range of customers enquiring about all Council services through multiple channels of access.

Experience of working within a Customer Service environment and dealing with a wide range of duties is essential.
