An exciting opportunity has arisen within the children’s community Nursing Team for a Children’s Nurse to provide care for children in the community setting with acute/chronic and complex health care needs. We are looking for a motivated and passionate children’s nurse to be part of an established team of children’s community and specialist nurses.
The post will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and monitoring of patient care. In addition to this you will be responsible for teaching/training of staff, support workers and untrained staff within health, education and social care settings to meet the child’s needs and to ensure continuity of care.
