What you become part of:
Our Milton Keynes Operations Centre is responsible for the purchase, distribution and refurbishment of all our cold drink equipment throughout GB. Every cooler; vending machine and dispensing equipment comes from here.
The Centre is also home to our Contact Centre which is a 364 days a year, 7 days a week operation to support with calls ranging from equipment service requests, new business enquiries and machine movements as well as internal support for our Field Engineering Team. The Supply Planning, Logistics, and Equipment Asset Protection Teams are also here managing machine and parts supply.
What to expect
The main role of the Supply Planner is to manage the purchase order placement, suppliers, stock availability, storage and delivery of spare parts and equipment for use in installations, field engineering service and to support cold drink equipment and spare parts refurbishment.
This is a varied role and can cover all aspects of end to end supply chain.
Key responsibilities will include
Management of inbound supply, suppliers, data integrity, all associated administrative tasks related to purchase and supply.
Purchase Order placement and management
Assisting in the achievement of company objectives and KPIs
Active involvement in continuous improvement
Inventory reconciliation, management and reporting
Working with suppliers and internal customers to provide excellent customer service
Communicating informed risks within the business to key stakeholders
Preparing data, reports and analysis
Supporting the function of Logistics and Operations departments
Skills and essentials
Knowledge of both SAP and Salesforce would be an advantage
Working experience of a Supply Chain/Planning or distribution environment
Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills
Good communication skills both written and verbal
