What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with: A valid NMC PIN and up-to-date registration. Proven leadership and clinical management experience within a healthcare setting. A passion for rehabilitation and delivering person-centred care. Experience in managing teams, resources, and service development (essential). Experience in inpatient mental health settings (desirable but not essential). Supervise, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment. Take ownership of the ward’s clinical and operational performance, with a strong focus on improving patient outcomes and quality of care. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations. Manage resources effectively, including staffing and budgets, to maintain a high standard of service. Support service development initiatives, ensuring the continued growth and improvement of the rehabilitation programme. Provide training, development, and supervision to junior staff and students.
