Job summary We are seeking experienced senior employee relations practitioners to be part of an exciting new employee relations function at Pennine Care. You will work as part of a team of Senior Employee Relations Advisors supported by an Employee Relations Business Partner to ensure that the Employment Relations advisory service is customer focused and delivered to thehighest possible professional HR standards. You will bring with you significant experience of employee relations. You will be driving change, in improving the experience of our staff and leaders, through the provision of high quality employee relation support that is based on developing a just culture and creating a great place to work. Main duties of the job We are looking for applicants with significant experience ofproviding HR advice and support in an Employee Relations setting with demonstrable experience of working with managers at a senior level andeffectively working with staff side and staff representatives. As an experienced employee relations professional you will hold strong interpersonal and communication skills which you can use to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Trust including our Trade Union colleagues. Utilising your skills to support an effective just and learning culture you will demonstrate the ability to design and implement inclusive conflict resolution approaches.
