Job Details:
Position Type: Part-time, Remote
Hours: Minimum 20 hours per week
Pay: £15 per hour
Location: Flexible remote work
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
Handle customer and donor inquiries via phone and email with professionalism.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client (donor) databases using CRM tools to streamline operations and improve donor management.
Prepare and organize reports on company activities and performance.
Schedule and coordinate virtual meetings and maintain documentation.
2. Customer and Partner Relations
Build and maintain relationships with charitable organizations and donors.
Address donor questions and resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
Research and establish new partnerships to support company growth.
3. Social Media and Promotion
Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms, ensuring consistency and engagement with the audience.
Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and grow our online community.
Develop campaigns to raise awareness about RecycleKind’s mission and increase donor participation.
Focus on growing the number of followers and increasing brand visibility.
Build collaborations with influencers, charities, and organizations to enhance engagement and reach.
4. AI and Data Utilization
Utilize artificial intelligence tools to enhance content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
Research and implement AI-driven strategies to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
5. Partnerships and Outreach
Establish and maintain relationships with various charitable organizations and partners.
Identify opportunities to expand partnerships that align with the company’s mission.
6. Growth and Impact
Focus on increasing the number of people engaging with the RecycleKind brand.
Contribute to the company’s growth by driving an increase in the amount of textiles collected.
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing insights to improve outreach and operations.
Outline key tasks for the next day as part of the daily reporting process. Generate a brief daily report summarizing key insights and activities, ensuring all progress is documented. Document all completed tasks at the end of the shift and list follow-up tasks for the next day. Notify management of any urgent matters requiring immediate attention.
7. Research and Innovation
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sustainability and recycling.
Test and implement innovative approaches to increase textile collection and brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in administration, social media, and content creation.
Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Experience working with AI tools for content creation and analytics.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively manage multiple tasks.
Confidence in networking and building relationships with organizations.
Passion for sustainability and making a positive impact.
