The Role - Customer Collections Advisor
* Responsible for escalated issues from the Credit Control team
* Answer any customer queries regarding disputes with invoices
* Monitor and review customer debt - Collection through phone, email, and letters
* Ability to overcome stalls and objections to come to agreement for debt collection
* Display a friendly, confident manner, excellent communication skills, and a real ability to build rapport with customers
* Use your initiative to create original solutions to problems
Required Experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Previous telephone experience
* Previous Customer Service experience is desirable however not essential
* Previous experience in credit control is desirable however not essential
* Great problem-solving skills
* Track record in customer query management
* Ability to work both in a team and as an individual
* Enthusiastic and passionate member of the team
* Ability to thrive within a busy environment
* Knowledgeable in MS Office
