Job Description
Glasgow Health & Social Care Partnership is recruiting to the post of Project Worker within Women’s Residential Services Homelessness at the Chara Centre. This service provides a full assessment and resettlement service.
Applicants should have experience of working within a residential setting with women with complex needs. These units provide a 24/7 service, and as such, shift working is required, including nights and weekends.
Applicants must have the ability to develop positive working relationships with women experiencing homelessness and respond to disclosures of a personal and sensitive nature. Good verbal, written, and communication skills are essential.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential upon taking up the appointment along with SSSC Registration. Please note that successful candidates will be required to pay for their PVG Membership or Scheme Checks.
