Job Summary: We are recruiting Care Coordinators for Nottinghamshire and Buckinghamshire to support clients with daily living needs, including personal care and practical support.
Responsibilities:
* Manage care worker rotas and match clients to their needs.
* Sources and manages care packages.
* Develop and implement operational practices.
* Maintain accurate digital records.
* Resolve customer queries and ensure compliance.
* Help develop the care worker community.

Requirements:
* NVQ/QCF level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
* At least 2 years' experience as a care coordinator.
* Excellent IT skills and knowledge of CQC Compliance.
* People management or team leading experience.
