About The Role:
An international, progressive art and design collective in East London are looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to join their vibrant and friendly team. You will be working within a small team, reporting to the head of department managing a wide range of artist design projects. Please note, we have both a temporary three month position and a permanent position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PM who understands both the technical & creative sides of projects, who is looking to expand their career within a thriving business. Within this role, no two days will be the same; you will work closely with the project and wider teams, be the ‘go-to’ client liaison, manage a variety of projects and have the opportunity to travel for onsite visits. The ideal person for this role will have knowledge, understanding and passion for the design, architecture, and arts industries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary client & supplier liaison throughout project lifecycles
* Ensure projects are completed within allocated budgets and timelines
* Prepare comprehensive cost documents
* Simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying budgets
* Negotiate pricing agreements with suppliers
* Regularly update the directors on budgetary matters
* Keep project team in the loop of key milestones and progress updates
* Collaborate with leadership to allocate design resources effectively
* Offer guidance on project feasibility and execution strategies
* Source all necessary products and materials
* Coordinate site visits and disseminate relevant information internally
* Oversee on-site installations, ensuring smooth execution
Key Skills/Requirements:
* Design-related education background with a creative mindset
* Demonstrated track record in project managing diverse projects of varying scales and disciplines
* Proficiency in client account management
* Experience working with projects of large scale budgets
* Strong organisational abilities with a commitment to delivering quality work
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
* A committed, passionate and confident personality
* Proficient in InDesign, Excel, and good working knowledge of CAD software
