Who are You?
As a person, you’ll understand the Drug Discovery, Clinical Trials, Cellular Biology or Pathology markets, having already worked for several years in Life Sciences. You’re excited by the prospect of bringing something truly disruptive to the market. You’re an experienced sales manager who’s looking for a more creative working environment, offering flexibility in working style and the ability to self-generate wealth via success.
Above all, your personality is the key. You’re warm, you’re friendly, you’re courageous, you’re inquisitive, and you’re a problem solver. You love winning, and you analyse the losses to come back stronger. You thrive on new challenges, and you love the thrill (and the effort) associated with working in a small, agile, impactful business, where you are visible.
You must be UK-based, and be able to work in the UK without sponsorship. You have a minimum of a BSc in Biosciences or a related subject, a full UK driving licence, and you’re comfortable travelling frequently in the UK and abroad, as face-to-face meetings matter!

* Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise market data and the CRM to analyse sales trends and report findings to the senior leadership, identifying opportunities as well as potential dangers.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other departments to funnel customer feedback and market insights back into product development and marketing strategies.
