About the Role: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to grow the client base and exceed sales targets. You will identify new business opportunities across greenfield and brownfield projects, focusing on process automation solutions, PLC/SCADA systems, and comprehensive services. Key aspects of the role include building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, participating in trade shows and industry events, and collaborating with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. You will oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to project handover, while staying updated on market trends and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets for order intake and contribution margin. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and encourage repeat business. Identify opportunities in the food and beverage industries, including automation upgrades and consultancy services. Manage sales tools like quotations and CRM systems, ensuring a seamless sales process. Participate in trade shows and industry events to increase brand visibility and drive new leads. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to position the company as a leader in process automation. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management. What We're Looking For: At least 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within PLC/SCADA solutions or automation services. Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and familiarity with platforms like Siemens, Rockwell, or AVEVA. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience managing complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing. Background in dairy processes or similar industries is highly advantageous. Knowledge of ISA S88 and/or S95 standards is beneficial. Entrepreneurial mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. Why Join Us?
