Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading international engineering company in the recruitment of a Marketing Manager. Ideally you will be committed to a career in marketing and as such are likely to possess a degree or a CIM qualification. A good understanding of marketing fundamentals is essential. Your role will be diverse and include responsibility for the co-ordination and deployment of marketing collateral to support the overall business objectives. Primary responsibilities: Co-ordinating the marketing activities - nationally and internationally. Competent and reliable sparring partner for the team colleagues from Sales, Product Management of both companies Management and further development of a small (international) marketing team Independent planning of campaigns, newsletters, digital content, etc. Ongoing optimisation and adaptation of the online presence of both companies, taking into account changing market conditions and current developments Evaluation of the reach and effectiveness of marketing initiatives and subsequent adjustment and optimisation Key skills and qualifications: Technical understanding and experience in technical product marketing are a strong advantage. Excellent communication skills, you are business fluent in German and have very good written and spoken English skills. In addition, you are characterised by your flare for people, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. You work together with our internal marketing specialists and external service providers in a target-orientated manner. You enjoy writing texts with technical content and adapting them to specific target groups. Some experience in writing advertising copy is desirable. Willingness to travel: Your area of responsibility includes the company locations in Europe Versatility: Your profile will be rounded off by an affinity for technology, enthusiasm for working with social media and a good eye for marketing.
