Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for residents in regard to various queries about their tenancies.You will be dealing with tenancy related matters such as reporting of ASB, matters relating to their rent account, voids and letting of properties, mutual exchanges and dealing with changes to tenancies.Alongside this you will be carrying out data entry, administrative backup for the team and ensuring compliance folders are updated regularlyYou will maintain the Gas Safety register, fire safety, electrical safety and damp and mould.
