The Job
We are looking for a proactive individual, who is good at implementing their initiative. You will be supporting the Managing Director and Commercial Director, largely via managing suppliers and clients for market research briefs.
An account executive is key to ensuring the team hit demanding deadlines, as well as maintaining a high level of admin. As an account executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining strong relationships with both suppliers and clients.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clients to understand their market research needs and objectives.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.
* Identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
* Coordinate and manage the entire project life-cycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to clients and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
* Stay updated with market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop strategies for client retention and business growth.
Candidate Requirements
* Undergraduate degree
* Strong understanding of market research methodologies and techniques.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Exceptional organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficient in using market research tools, software, and databases.
* Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
