Motorhome Depot is looking for a franchise training and support manager to add to our existing head office team in Mansfield. We operate in the slightly niche but very interesting motorhome market. But don't worry, you don't need industry knowledge or experience in motorhomes, just a good solid background in supporting and training franchisees. The rest we will teach you over time.
We are a unique business which has continued to expand over our 15 year history. We dominate the UK market and are now growing into mainland Europe - the opportunities for growth with us are evident. We are also lucky enough to operate in a really nice part of the leisure sector - nice customers, great franchisees and a product that cannot be replaced by an app or AI!
Of course it will take time to learn about us, the role of a franchisee and how our business operates. But we will progress your knowledge quickly, including buddying up with local franchisees to observe the role in practice. We will ease you in gently, but as your knowledge grows you will be expected to provide independent franchisee support and training.
In summary we are looking for a team player to fit within our friendly head office family. Someone with strong experience in franchisee training and support. A person that wants to grow with our business and take on more responsibility as we grow internationally.
You do not need any specific qualifications, but good literacy and basic IT skills and knowledge are required.
