Registered Manager - Children and Young Peoples Services
Location: Gateshead
Salary: £45,000 per annum

The Role
The post-holder will be responsible for the management of the Children and Young People's service operating across Northumberland, Gateshead, North Tyneside, and Durham. They deliver short break respite supporting children and young people both in their own home and to access their community. They work closely with families and funders to ensure the service meets their needs.
The post-holder will line manage their dedicated children and young people workforce and will register as a Registered Manager with the CQC. They aim for the service to reach more children, young people, and their families, taking a lead role in assessing new referrals and developing packages of support to meet their needs.
Minimum Requirements
All applicants must hold a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent qualification).
