About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospital Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a private healthcare service, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and excellence in service delivery. This role will require a highly motivated individual dedicated to maintaining and enhancing high-quality, patient-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Compliance: Oversee health and safety, infection control, and adherence to healthcare regulations, including the Health & Social Care Act and Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards.
* Service Delivery: Lead a qualified team to deliver accessible, person-centred care, ensuring organisational goals and patient needs are met.
* Leadership: Manage team development, recruitment, and training, fostering a positive and supportive workplace.
* Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality assurance practices to drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
* Resource Management: Support efficient budget management and operational controls to achieve cost-effectiveness and value for money.
* Building Management: Ensure facility maintenance aligns with regulatory standards, addressing issues as they arise.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in a senior healthcare management role, ideally in a hospital or care facility setting.
* Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, particularly CQC and other compliance requirements.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to quality and patient-focused care.
* Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
