Job Description
The Head of Transition and Service Design will lead a team dedicated to designing end-to-end service journeys, helping users achieve their goals and supporting CTP in delivering technical solutions. Responsibilities include creating or modifying transactions, products, and content across digital and offline channels within CTP HQ and partner organizations.
The role involves working flexibly on IT solutions within the DDaT and Change portfolios, overseeing multiple programmes/projects, and collaborating with partner agencies. The post requires close work with senior management and stakeholders across various units.
The ideal candidate is an industry expert capable of defining best practices, influencing organizational strategy, mentoring others, and managing resources for effective service transition into operational status.
Salary and Benefits
Starting salary: £90,336 (including allowances of £2,928). Breakdown: £87,408 basic, increasing annually to £96,341, plus location allowance (£1,928) and non-pensionable allowance (£1,000).
