Responsibilities: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence. Maintaining and organising files, records, and documents. Assisting with data entry and maintaining accurate records in our systems. Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents. Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Qualifications and Attributes: Previous experience in an administrative role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required. Positive attitude and willingness to learn and take on new tasks. Must hold a current Enhanced Child Only DBS registered with the update service or be prepared to apply for a new one with Protocol.
