Job Overview:
As an Accounts Assistant in our team, you will be at the heart of our financial operations, ensuring that our accounts are accurate, up to date and efficiently managed. You will work closely with our Sales and Shared Services to gain a comprehensive understanding of our financial processes.
Key responsibilities as an Accounts Assistant at Groupe SEB:
* Manage customer debit note claims, ensuring timely and precise resolutions.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure accurate reporting of accruals.
* Work with the Shared Service Centre on credit control collections and assisting with any queries.
* Understand and monitor the entire credit control process, including monthly reconciliations and allocations.
* Perform a variety of administrative tasks with a focus on accuracy and repetition.
Qualifications and Skills required as an Accounts Assistant at Groupe SEB:
* You must have proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or a similar role in Finance.
* Driven to pursue a career in Accounting and Finance, with a clear commitment to demonstrating your enthusiasm.
* Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
* You are highly IT literate and able to demonstrate competent use of Microsoft Office packages, especially Excel.
* You must be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
* Effective organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and make decisions.
* Strong interpersonal skills and possess a collaborative approach to challenges.
Overview on package – Accounts Assistant – Groupe SEB:
* Working Monday to Friday.
* Hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Tuesday and Wednesday are our core days for cross-collaboration.
