Whether you are looking for a full-time or part-time role, we have opportunities available for both In this role, you will provide general and 1:1 support to students with a wide range of SEN, including Autism, SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), behavioral needs, and physical disabilities. You will work closely with teachers and other staff to ensure that each student receives the care and support they need to thrive in the classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: Provide general classroom support and assist with 1:1 intervention where needed. Support students with Autism, SEMH, behavioral needs, and physical disabilities. Help students engage in learning, encouraging participation and promoting independence. Work closely with teachers to implement tailored learning plans and strategies. Assist with classroom management and support positive behavior. Ideal Candidates Will Have: Previous experience working with students with SEN is preferred (but not essential). A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach to supporting young people. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and students.
