Digital Content Writer
As a Digital Content Writer at MXB, you’ll get to create content that shares our client’s story and vision, promote their brands, and make an impact across many different digital platforms.
This is a Hybrid working role with 2 days in our Belfast office and 3 days working from home.

Responsibilities
1. Specialism: Write, edit and publish content for social media campaigns/posts, websites, blogs, videos, email campaigns and more.
2. Creative: Ideate creative content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information across a variety of digital platforms.
3. Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the digital media landscape to inform client content strategies and keep ahead of trends.
4. Mastery of Deadlines: Create content plans according to client briefs and manage task prioritization effectively.
5. Strategy & Insight: Provide insights to inform strategies for client brands in line with their marketing and commercial objectives.
6. Analysis: Collaborate with the digital and creative teams to ensure effective content strategies.
7. Reporting: Produce reports with strategic insights and oversee the implementation of any changes in tactics.
8. Contribute to Client Growth: Assist in new business proposals and write content for tenders.
9. Award-Worthy: Create award submissions with support from the wider team for our digital and social media client campaigns.
Minimum Requirements
1. At least 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing environment, with 2 years’ agency experience.
2. Evidence of delivering comprehensive multi-channel content writing.
3. Experience in creating content plans.
4. Proficient in delivering insights, analysis, and reports in a client-facing capacity.
5. Demonstrate industry knowledge and ability to identify opportunities for clients.
6. Experience in conducting research across industry sectors and key target audiences.
7. Excellent attention to detail with speed and accuracy.
8. Ability to work collaboratively and manage task prioritization independently.
9. Knowledge of successful implementation of both paid and organic social content.
10. Familiarity with the nuances between social media platforms: Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X.
Desirable but not Essential Criteria
* Knowledge of SEO and content development to maximize search engine traffic.
