Job Title: European Claims Handler

Responsibilities:
1. Handle European insurance claims with accuracy and efficiency.
2. Review and log claims.
3. Investigate and negotiate settlements.
4. Maintain attention to detail and communicate effectively in writing to exceed customer expectations.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Experience in European insurance claims, preferably in freight forwarding or CMR insurance.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Ability to learn new systems quickly.
4. Strong organisational skills and numeracy.
5. Ability to work under pressure.
